BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP

BEGINNER

No gym? No problem! This training plan consists of three bodyweight workouts per-week, plus two additional abs circuits and a mobility and stretch sequence. Designed to get you moving and build endurance, this is a 'no-excuse' program that can be done anywhere, anytime-with no equipment needed!

 

Duration: 6 weeks

Split: 5 days (incl. two abs circuits)

Equipment: None (floor matt is optional)

TOTAL BODY - Push/Pull/Legs

BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE

This Total Body Push/Pull/Legs is a 4-day split program with a full body cardio conditioning day at the end of each week that will test your speed and endurance.

It is designed with an emphasis on compound movements coupled with antagonist muscle activation for enhanced stability and neurological activation. There are two variations (workout A & workout B) with included mobility and foam rolling sessions for optimal recovery.

Duration: 6 weeks

Split: 4 days per week (6 incl. recovery)

Equipment: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Cable Machine (gym access required)
